Yes. You can have simultaneous access to 2 mobile devices and 1 web login at The Borneo Post, See Hua Daily News, Utusan Borneo.

For web browser login, please sign out of the account before accessing it on another PC/Laptop.

The download duration will depend on your broadband connection speed. A stable internet connection will take less than 3 minutes to finish download.

Submit your account’s email address, and instructions will be sent to your registered email address to reset your password.

As long as you have an active data connection, you can access your ePaper from anywhere in the world except China, North Korea and Zimbabwe.

Please note that the restrictions are due to the respective governments’ policies and we do not have any control on accessibility. You may be able to access via ePaper or app depending on the current policies. It is not liable for any access restrictions due to the aforementioned.

Your device must be connected to the internet if you are browsing the ePaper via web browser.

If you’re reading your ePaper from your app, internet connection is only required during the downloading of issues, using audio reader and sharing article. Once download is complete, you can read the ePaper offline.

The subscription fee for one year is RM50, 2 years is RM90,  3 years is RM120.

If you prefer to pay by using Cash or Cheque, please walk-in to our offices during working hours.

Yes. You can access up to 365 past issues, depending on your subscription package.

To view past issues, click on the date in website / app before opening the ePaper, as shown above.

You can cancel your subscription as soon as it expires. If you cancel your subscription before it expires, you are not eligible for a refund. However, you will retain access to the subscription until it expires.

You can check the expiry date of your subscription via Desktop WEB LOGIN –> My Account -> Subscription Tab.

You will receive notification and remittance information via email within 14-31 days before your subscription expires.

  1. Login to your Epaper account via the desktop web version.
  2. On top right of the screen, click My Account under your email.
  3. Scroll down to App Installations.
  4. Click Manage on the right of the device you wise to remove, and click Deauthorize.

Purchases cannot be refunded. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

You can download a copy and store it in our apps to read in the future, but not as another format due to copyright and technical concerns.

We reserve the right to make changes to our digital products at any time. If we temporarily reduce or eliminate the charge for content or access that you are currently paying for under different terms, you will not receive a refund. If any or all of our digital products are temporarily unavailable, you will not receive a refund. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.
